Bowie Outfit

Outfit:
Bowie T-shirt: see HERE
Chain bracelet: see HERE
Fur: New Yorker
Shades: Ray-ban

Here's the second part of my shoot with  Tamara. Ever since I started this blog I wanted it to be totally rock'n'roll, and you can't go wrong with a band tee and leopard print! I chose this Bowie shirt obviously as an homage to the glam rock icon. I like the fact that it's white because most band shirts are black, and I wear black almost all the time. This shirt however you can wear during the day or night, just add some glam jacket or fur like I did. I also love the retro feel to it, so naturally I had to add my ray-bans to get that '70s glam feel. Black skinny jeans or leather pants go with everything, and there you go - the rock star is born! As for the T-shirt the material is really great as it has a high procentage of cotton. I got it from Sammydress in just two weeks, together with this chain bracelet, that I described in my previous post. What do you think?

The Best Back Packing Destinations

As you know, I'm pretty much into fitness these days (when I'm not studying, that is :) Last time I wrote about travel tips, and this time - about a great way to combine both travel and workout - hiking.

If your planning for a holiday with the family or with friends, back packing is a great option to consider. Not only will you see a number of fine sites and destinations but will also get a great workout in at the same time.

If you are looking to go backpacking for a long period of time and are looking to store some of your belongings then there are many ways in which you can store your belongings safely, for example
www.storageseeker.co.uk

No matter what you want to see or which types of hikes you have done in the past these are a few of the top destinations in the UK to consider for your back packing excursion.

Peak District -
The Edale Skyline is surely a sight to see whether the sun is rising or setting. The 22 mile hike is no small feat however so it is a trail for moderate to more experienced hikers. Brown Knoll, Win Hill, and Rushup Edge, are a few of the stops to enjoy along the way.

Lake District -
Blencathra is a five mile trip which even beginners will enjoy. The British alpine hike passes through a blunt mountainside, and Sharp Edge offers a magnificent scenic retreat for anyone to appreciate. A day trip beginners or intermediate hikers are sure to appreciate walking through.

Calf & Cautley Spout -
The 11.5 mile distance isn't too long, but may require a few stops along the way as some areas of this hike are a bit steeper than others. You can see the highest waterfall in the UK during this hike, and enjoy peaceful views from some of the country's highest peaks as well.

Whether you are new to hiking or have been back packing for years, these are a few trails to add to your itinerary. With beginner to more experienced trails and stops along the way hikers and back packers of any level are going to appreciate the scenic views, and some of the country's most spectacular sites to visit during these trips and crossing through these hiking trails.

Outfit: Horror-Inspired

grunge retro goth horror scene addams family t-shirt zombie

Hello again, long time no outfit post! As you probably know, it's the hardest part of a blogger's job, but now I am back in business! This time, I have something special - it's my first professional photo shoot! I've teamed up with my beautiful friend Tamara Pavisic and I think she did a great job! The only thing that bothered me was that it was very windy, so my hair has gone to hell very quickly! We chose this location because of the neon colors that match my shirt and purse. I was never a big fan of green, but I love how these colors pop on a totally black outfit. The horror-zombie black and green combination remind me of psychobilly fashion, which I love! The Addams family top is from Sammydress, I recently wrote about them, when I got a very similar Bitchcraft top. I already wrote about the top here, the material is very soft but very form-fitting, however I liked it, that's why I had to order it again :)

Another thing I got from Sammydress is this chain bracelet. I recently lost my favorite Tiffany-inspired bracelet that I wore literally every day for 5 years (you may have noticed it in my posts), and I had to find a worthy substitute. Now because I never take my jewelry off, I like something that I can wear with any outfit and that's why chains are my fave! Material is also very important to me, because I don't want it to stain. Until recently I only wore silver and white gold, but I found out about cheaper substitutes, like copper or aluminium. I've worn this bracelet for a week non-stop, and it doesn't stain at all, and I go to the pool and Jacuzzi every other day. The quality is great and it stays shiny, although it's so cheap. I'd recommend this kind of jewelry to anyone!
Also, the package came very quickly from the Netherlands -in only two weeks. The staff is amazingly kind, as always!

I recommend checking out the Sammydress website cause they have all sorts of interesting things, AND a big Easter sale special going on!
What do you think?
